The learning and design process used to capture the training needs of your staff is comprehensive and consultative. Our extensive consultation process ensures that training is targeted for your staff and industry. We focus on addressing the issues that you want to focus on and guide our clients through a thought process to capture all options that they may want to consider when planning for their staff development. We can advise on both accredited and non accredited training solutions and develop curriculum for client specific needs with identified outcomes.

Annual Training Plans

We assist our clients through the planning stages with annual training calendars. This format allows for flexible delivery to accommodate work hour variations and delivery modes. Our training plans are delivered in a way that can accommodate unexpected changes or additions to the calendar.

Staff Update Renewal Notices

Our clients come first and it’s our business to help your business. We can monitor staff enrolments and send you reminder notices of when staff are due to update their mandatory training, for example - First Aid Training or Manual Handling Training.

Renewal notices include notification of updates relating to training industry changes or new courses that we offer.
